These terms cover this website and the Homestretch waitlist. The Homestretch app is not available yet. When it is, it will have its own terms, and you will see them before you sign up.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, share and link to this site. Please do not try to break it, overload it, scrape it in bulk, or get into parts of it that are not meant for you.

The waitlist

• Joining is free and does not commit you to buy anything.
• Joining does not guarantee a spot in the Founding Builders group.
• You can leave the list at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email.

Pricing and features

Prices and features shown on this site are our plan for launch. They may change before launch. Homeowners never pay. Nobody is charged for anything until they agree to a paid plan at signup.

Our name and content

The Homestretch name, logo and site content belong to us. Please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your business.

No warranty

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
