Short version: nobody pays for Homestretch today, so there is nothing to refund yet.

Right now

• Paid plans are not live. Joining the waitlist is free.
• Homeowners never pay, now or later.

When paid plans launch

Builders will pay by subscription. Before anyone is charged, this page will spell out how cancelling works and when refunds apply, in plain words. If we change it after that, we will tell paying builders by email first.
