Privacy policy

Homestretch is built for builders and the families they build for. We collect as little as we can, we keep it safe, and we never sell it. Here is the plain version.

What we collect

• When you join the waitlist: your work email, and if you choose to give them, your first name, company name and what kind of work you do.
• When you visit the site: anonymous page-view counts (which page, which country, what kind of device). We use cookieless analytics, so no tracking cookies are set and you are not followed across other sites.
• For security: when you join the waitlist we keep a scrambled, one-way code made from your IP address, so we can limit repeat sign-ups and stop spam. The code cannot be turned back into your IP address, and we do not use it to profile you.

What we do with it

• Email you about Homestretch and the Founding Builders group.
• Understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site.
• Keep the site and form safe from spam and abuse.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your information.
• Use advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
• Share your details with other builders or marketers.

Who helps us run the site

We use a small number of service providers that store or process data for us: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (database) and Resend (email). They may only use your information to provide their service to us.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@homestretch.build to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask to be taken off the list.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. If you pick light or dark mode, your browser remembers that choice on your own device. It is never sent to us.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If the change matters, we will email people on the waitlist before it takes effect.
